As a workaround, please use Gmail instead & notify your agency to send mails to the new email account.

Bookt adjusts the event to the local time at the address. You must include either a city/state OR ZIP in the address for Google to resolve.
Example 1: 601 W 26th st. New York, NY
Example 2: 2345 Broadway Brooklyn, NY

You must use the email your agency sends appointment to.
If you changed your email account password, relaunch the Bookt app. You will be prompted to enter your new password.
It’s likely your agents haven’t created an account with bookt. Let us know, we are happy to reach out and set them up!
After signing up, your account must be verified. This takes 1 business day.
If you are verified and still do not see events, contact support@gotbookt.com
If you don’t see your agency, contact support@gotbookt.com we are happy to add new agencies.
