Bookt is a software start-up catering to the Fashion Talent Industry. As a new type of collaboration platform designed to fill functional gaps in Agency operations, Bookt is available in 2 flavors: a Mobile App for talent, and an Agent Web Portal & Mobile App.
The Talent app interfaces with all Charting Systems, automatically organizes castings & appointments, manages expenses, provides directions, and even calculates casting wait times. The system notifies agents when Talent views castings, and also upon arrival at a job or casting, via GPS Arrival Notifications. Bookt also includes Agency Chat making it a single point of access for all Talent needs. Agents and Talent now have a single comprehensive messaging solution.
The Industry veterans behind Bookt include Ryan Koning, Chris Mirabile, & Ryan Taylor. Ryan Koning is a retired US Army Sergeant, an Iraqi War Veteran, and Fashion Model currently enrolled in the prestigious Computer Science Program at Columbia University. Ryan’s fashion debut began with opening the Roberto Cavalli show in Milan Fashion Week 2010. Chris Mirabile is a graduate of New York University Stern School of Business and serial Silicon Alley startup entrepreneur behind the geosocial network, Hotlist. Ryan Taylor a 2016 graduate of UCLA, modeled for fashion companies Calvin Klein, Prada, and YSL.
The team realized that existing standalone tools were insufficient to meet the growing needs of Agents and Talent. Agents often struggle using multiple tools to organize and schedule. Bookt is the first system which addresses Communication, Expensing & Calendaring for both Talent AND Agents making modeling easy.
